Assets on the platform can be transferred between network participants on a real time basis. The medium of settlement is a yield-bearing treasury fund. Interest on a client’s intraday holdings is distributed daily.

Lynq offers a comprehensive API suite that enables authorized users to manage transactions, access real-time data, and automate workflows directly within their existing infrastructure. Over 650 institutional clients have connected to the Tassat API. If your company has done so in the past (through a Signature Bank or Customers Bank deployment), a simple recertification of your connection will enable you access to Lynq.

Lynq operates with independent governance, a bankruptcy remote structure and segregated accounts for institutional clients.

Lynq’s patent-pending, Yield-in-Transit functionality ensures clients continually accrue and receive interest on their intraday holdings, calculated in five-second increments — even while initiating transfers and redemptions.

Where are client assets stored on Lynq?

Funds sent to tZERO, Lynq’s broker-dealer Core Partner, are held in a reserve account at U.S. Bank, which functions as a Service Partner and custodian for the Arca U.S. Treasury Fund, safeguarding the U.S. Treasuries and cash of the Trust.
